As per upcoming economic trends the employers are becoming increasingly conscious of hiring only prepared & performing manpower. They also expect the fresher’s to be well prepared in all their expected areas for employability, especially because of the pressures on the availability of time and available training resources. Moreover, with increasing cost constraints and competition, every employer wants to save their training        costs & “billable” manpower with minimum of induction time and training.

The minimum expectation of an employer consists of Soft Skill such as ability to work in team; good interpersonal   skill, self-confidence, critical thinking, and proven abilities in handling real life situation through taking decision & solving problems, within a framework of sound business ethics & professionalism. For ensuring this “holistic development” we have a full-fledged and dedicated Dept of Training & Development with an experienced team of 25(+) full time professional trainers. This is, perhaps the largest team of its kind in any North Indian College of institute

The team ensures:

  • 100 hrs training in workshop mode for every students
  • 80 hrs of curriculum embedded classroom training session.
  • 120 hrs of classroom training which includes Mock Group Discussions, Mock personal interviews, Video Recorded GD’s with placement aptitude Preparation Training.
  • Thus, each students is provided an intensive   training of 300hrs in core employability skills by a qualified and dedicated team of 25(+) experienced professional & specialized trainers.

This unique department caters to the employability need of students across all college of Hindustan & Anand campus covering all courses in B.tech(I II III IV year), MBA (I & II year), BBA(I,II,III year), MCA (I,II,III year), BCA(I,II,III year) & B.Pharma(I,II,III,IV year).

Psychometric assessment for personality profiling (strengths and weaknesses) through MBTI, Etiquette & Grooming are other measures for preparing them for the Corporate Sector.
